Albany takes your money all year, wastes billions, drives up your utility bills, and then, just weeks before Election Day, sends you a check for up to $200 and expects you to be grateful.

@KathyHochul doesn’t have her own money. Every dollar comes from New York taxpayers. Instead of fixing the policies that made New York unaffordable, she’s handing back a tiny fraction of what government already took, at the most politically convenient time possible. Disgusting!

And where is our Comptroller? The office is supposed to be the taxpayers’ watchdog, not a silent partner while Albany’s political machine operates unchecked. Oh never mind, he’s part of the machine.

New Yorkers deserve leaders who will stop the waste, expose the fraud, and respect taxpayers, not treat them like they’re for sale.

Zohran Mamdani has officially earned the title of the mayor who lost more businesses in his first six months than any other in American history. The most heartbreaking part? The number of stores that had been open for more than 25 years — neighborhood staples that families grew up with — are shutting their doors for good.

This is what happens when you run a city for illegals and free handouts instead of the people who actually built it. Long-time owners are being taxed, regulated, and driven out so Mamdani can keep promising “cheap food” and free stuff.35-year businesses are gone. Generations of work erased.

When New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani announced his shiny new socialist grocery stores, he somehow forgot to mention one tiny detail: his wife will pocket $400,000 a year in taxpayer cash to be the project’s “official spokesmodel.”

Free groceries for the people… and a massive paycheck for the First Lady.

This abandoned, trashed-out building is one of Zohran Mamdani’s highly touted “discount grocery stores.” The city paid $1.2 million to buy it and will sink another $1.7 million into renovations.

Who sold the city the property? Mamdani’s cousin Elijoe al Barroni.

Who got the fat contract to gut and renovate it? Mamdani’s older brother Ezekiel.

But sure… keep telling us how much money “the people” are going to save.

It’s the same scam every single time. Socialism for the voters, pure profit for the family in power.

Diversity is not a principle to champion only when it’s politically convenient. New York has no shortage of exceptionally qualified Jewish attorneys and jurists ready to serve.

It's very clear just how evil this process was that Mamdani started this week--it is designed to screw the middle class.

Hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers were slapped with a tax of 4% of their property value that they shouldn't owe. They have 30 days to submit appeals or they get the tax.
The process for submitting appeals is ridiculously cumbersome, and requires a pin mailed to you. The wealthy who have people to help them--attorneys, assistants, etc will get it done. Otherwise, have fun cuz it's a doozy, and the clock is ticking.
