Kongsi survey aircond tahun 2024.

Dah 2 orang otai aircond yang kerja lebih 15 tahun repair+service aircond dan uncle kedai aircond dekat area rumah cadang jenama sama.

1. Daikin
2. Acson (sub brand Daikin)
3. Panasonic

Sebab utama.

1. Ketiga-tiga brand ni ada kilang di Malaysia dah berpuluh tahun. Jadi sparepart, compressor semua senang dapat dan murah. Semua kedai aircond kat ceruk-ceruk pekan ada jual sparepart brand ni. Walaupun model dah lebih 10 tahun masih jual.

2. Daikin dan Acson tu dari kilang sama. Company asal dari Japan ni hanya jual aircond je sejak tahun 1924. Dah 100 tahun! Sub brand Acson tu target pasaran lebih murah (brand Malaysia). Jadi, Acson paling berbaloi sebab guna teknologi Daikin dengan harga lagi rendah.

3. Panasonic jenama terkenal dan ada kilang kat Malaysia. Sparepart okay untuk current model. Tapi mereka biasanya tak support model lama. Sama macam TV dan dll.

4. Brand China seperti Hisense, Haeir, Midea. Brand Korean macam Samsung, LG. Brand York dari USA pun okay juga. Beza 'jajan-jajan' yang ditawarkan. Cuma kata mereka, kalau brand ni rosak, majoriti keadaan tukar aircond baru lebih murah.

5. Kata uncle kedai aircond tu, "Teknologi aircond ni dah matured. All the same saja meh. Thin copper pipes, cheap plastics regardless of brand."

Tapi siapa yang guna Smart Home, nak connect wifi dan tech apa semua tu, kena cari spesifik model yang support.

Banyak betul aku belajar seminggu survey aircond ni. Camne nak kira ruangan tu perlukan aircond saiz 1.0HP, 1.5HP, 2.0HP atau 2.5HP. Kena buat calculation BTU dan bukan main beli je.

Salah satu sebab bil elektrik tinggi pun sebab ni juga. Compressor tak berehat dan overwork. Walaupun dah guna aircond 10 tahun pun ada yang tak tahu dan tersilap part ni.

Kalau rajin aku kongsi lagi nanti.

Bab aircond ni tak sesuai dengar info/youtuber dari negara Eropah, USA semua tu. Sebab mereka negara 4 musim. Jenis aircond dan penggunaan berbeza.
