@TMobileHelp I've spent literally a whole day between TWO calls with your CS team members that have done nothing but screw everything up more. Been hung up on, cussed out, talked to rudely and the few that seemed to know what they were doing, didn't and messed everything up worse.

@TMobile SUCKS. I've got a friend in the hospital with Covid-19. Her phone is the ONLY way we can keep in contact with her friends and family. I guess dying from Covid, she forgot to pay her bill. We can't without her info and informed them. THEY SHUT OFF HER SERVICE! #SHAME

5) Did you record something you want to watch later? Better do it fast! Dish regularly deletes shows / episodes / specials/ movies you've recorded without any pre warning. When it's gone, it's gone.

4) They carry very few channels compared to other carriers & do not carry HBO. Its not even an option. They also do not have an "on demand" option for most channels that have it, so good luck finding that show u missed.
