PWOs/walk-ons are excluded under the definition of “Settlement Football and Men’s Basketball Class” in the proposed House settlement because they did not receive a scholarship. It is my understanding that snap count is a metric being used to determine the distribution of money within that class. Why should a walk-on who has amassed meaningful snaps throughout their career not be included in the settlement?

Is there any effort underway to challenge the exclusion of walk-ons from this class?
