This is the first functional oscillator that 0-100 normalizes between the 4-point-residual-derived exponential upper bound and the #powerlaw support model.

Should be quite an interesting one to keep track of, as it has performed remarkably well - arguably the BEST - in capturing the power law deviations leading to price tops since Genesis. Things could always change, though.
