@tescomobile Currently been without phone usage for 24 hrs. Been told over live chat ill have to pay an early termination fee which has already been paid for the number that then needs transferring over. Been trying to sort this for over a week now
@askdepop Following up on this dispute being closed for a 2nd time & the buyer claiming a chargeback. Why would you remove funds from my account?Surely this is what a marketplace fee is for so it covers both the buyer & seller. If it's that much of an issue, I'm sure you could resolve
@askdepop That's not what I'm saying. I'm the seller. The item has shown as delivered on the tracking. The issue was raised & was told it was resolved (pic no.1) they have then raised another issue with the same item (pic no.2)
@VodafoneUK spent 2hrs getting through excessive security questions to be told to unplug it for 5 seconds and plug it back in. Then I'll be contacted within 48 hours because you're unsure of the problem. Bit of a waste of time๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
