@deficitmaxxing Sorry if I came off as rude, but when I was in situations like this previously I wish someone had talked to me that way. I wish you well and hope you recover someday x
@bsbbsjdenfnnfn@bluestberries Ok so you’re basically implying that a normal calorie deficit (1500+ calories) is the same as starving yourself and being malnourished. I mean sure when you starve yourself you create a calorie deficit but not a healthy, sustainable or proper one.
@stuckinyourweb@FoxiePirate_@bunnygrl1114@bangtanlimia Are you talking about your own child or just a child you babysat for a few hours?.. How is this even an argument, it’s irresponsible to put yourself in a position like that and if you disagree you need to check yourself
@aamaranthin Imo, it depends on how active you are because sometimes they’re inaccurate but this is probably realistic. It just most likely wouldn’t apply to people with active €D’s because starving urself ruins your metabolism so it would work differently
@saintgrasss @sharonvape All ur replies are quite cryptic and I thought u were being rude and sarcastic. & this is me simply defending her you’d have an aneurysm if u knew what stantwt was. U don’t know anything abt me & let’s keep it that way, the words you are using make me feel like i’m being molested
