1. Strawberry Jam
Ingredients:
• 4 cups strawberries (chopped)
• 3 cups sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a pan.
2. Cook on medium heat, stirring often.
3. Simmer for 20–25 minutes until thick.
4. Let cool, then store in a jar.
2. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Ingredients:
• 1 cup hazelnuts
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Toast hazelnuts and remove skins.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add chocolate and cocoa powder, blend again.
4. Mix in sugar and blend until creamy.
3. Apple Butter
Ingredients:
• 6 apples (peeled, chopped)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup apple cider
Instructions:
1. Cook apples and cider until soft.
2. Blend into a smooth puree.
3. Add sugar and cinnamon.
4. Simmer until thick and dark.
4. Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
• 2 cups peanuts
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Roast peanuts (if not roasted).
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add oil and salt.
4. Blend again until creamy.
5. Lemon Curd
Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
1. Whisk eggs, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
3. When thick, add butter.
4. Stir until smooth and cool.
6. Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients:
• 1 cup butter (softened)
• 3 tbsp fresh herbs
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Mix butter, garlic, and herbs.
2. Add salt and combine well.
3. Chill in the fridge before use.
7. Honey Butter
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Beat butter until fluffy.
2. Add honey and mix well.
3. Add cinnamon if desired.
4. Whip until smooth and creamy.
8. Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
Ingredients:
• 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup nuts (pine nuts/cashews)
• 2 garlic cloves
Instructions:
1. Blend tomatoes, garlic, and nuts.
2. Add olive oil slowly while blending.
3. Add cheese and blend until smooth.
4. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
9. Coconut Butter
Ingredients:
• 3 cups shredded coconut
• 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Blend shredded coconut for several minutes.
2. Scrape sides and continue blending.
3. Add oil if needed.
4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
