- I am currently a Product Manager in Healthcare

- I am an avid learner and love books, podcasts, videos, and articles about business, tech, entrepreneurship, and self-help.

- I love guitar and play regularly

- I listen to way too many audible books

- I just graduated from college after 5 years

I’m going about SaaS completely wrong

I wanted to learn Bubble and then build a SaaS

Sounds like a pretty simple plan right?

I realized I’m not doing the most important thing

Validating the idea!

Next steps are creating a database of my ideal customers and talking to them

I’ve had a YouTube channel for 6 months now and here are the results:

Subscribers: 37
Watch time: 69.9 hours
Views: 15.4K

Pretty bad tbh, but here is the crazy thing, the majority of those numbers came from the last few weeks.

Here is why:

- I stopped doing long form and switched to short form
- I post once or twice a week
- I started using hashtags
- I started focusing on things I care about

I want to redesign someone’s X, YouTube, or LinkedIn banner for free.

I had a blast redesigning @BrighamHughes banner and want to do another one.
