L was at one of my favorite watering holes this last Saturday night and the dodger game was on the TV. I noticed something I'd never seen before, a 5-minute fundraising commercial for the ACLU. They must be getting desperate, maybe all the fraud, waste and abuse investigations are starting to hit the right people in the pocketbook.
