Flávio Bolsonaro is being severely investigated.
There are countless indications of crimes committed by him, including money laundering, currency evasion, and corruption. He's involved in the "Dark Horse" and "Master Bank" scandals, and his partner, Willer Tomaz, used betting websites to launder over 1 BILLION dollars.

Remember, Flávio escaped the "rachadinhas" indictment after his father, the then-president, interfered with the process. He should already be in jail.

Then his brother, Eduardo Bolsonaro, publicly suggested he should flee Brazil if he lost the election.
The same brother was just convicted to 4 years, and our Federal Police is studying the possibility of asking for deportation, since he's currently fleeing Brazil after committing crimes.

This suggestion creates a clearly unstable situation where Flávio could flee the country at any time while being investigated for very serious crimes.
The Supreme Court couldn't request his passport right after Eduardo's suggestion on October 23 because of ADPF 1017. Candidates can't face this kind of judicial decision in the 15 days before the elections.
