@TheStaticTheory Finally a decent tech support call last night(1st of 4 calls), provided tracert, ping, and speed tests. They said there are open cases for the issue with NOC. Im afraid you might be on to something and we are stuck until they can alleviate the bottleneck from the merger.

@TraditionSarah We are having this issue now in the south Chicago suburbs with Metronet. Peak weekend hours having erratic download speeds and terrible ping. By 11pm it’s magically fixed but their technical support is absolutely useless.
