Muslims, let's stop lying to ourselves.
Most Muslim countries are not tolerant of other religions.
In Saudi Arabia, a Christian can't build a single church.
In Pakistan, mobs burned more than 20 churches in one day in Jaranwala over a blasphemy rumour.
In Iran, Baha'is are barred from university just for what they believe.
Meanwhile the UK has nearly 2,000 mosques, and nobody is burning them down.
We demand tolerance everywhere we're the minority.
Then refuse to give it everywhere we're the majority.
That's not faith. That's hypocrisy.
"Stop Deceiving Nigerians, The people are dying of hungry and poverty and Tinubu government has not done anything that has benefited the people"
—Emir Of Katsina Tells Tinubu’s Campaign Chief
A Must Watch Video 👀
Tinubu's minister revealed last night that they paid money to secure their appointments and have not yet recovered it. If Tinubu fails to win, it becomes a loss for them, which is why they are supporting his re-election.
“I will vote for Tinubu. I want him to complete his tenure because we are suffering. This administration is a bad administration. Let us be sincere and factual: we are suffering. Since morning, some people have not even had a square meal. People are suffering. That is the basic truth.”

El Niño is trending because a disaster that causes extreme heatwaves or rainfall due to shifts in the Pacific Ocean may hit Nigeria, with about 451k global casualties projected within 6-months. [Explained]
So basically, the cool wind that usually push away warm surface water westward to (Indonesia & Australia) from the eastern pacific, (South America), becomes weak, it’s called “trade winds”.
Then, the warm water and its hot air that is supposed to go towards Indonesia and Australia, starts going back to Southern America.
This occurs every 2-7 years and is known as El Niño. When these regions cool abnormally, it is called La Niña; when neither condition occurs, it is ENSO-neutral. Together, they form the El Niño–Southern Oscillation (ENSO) climate cycle.
Now you know what El Niño is right?
The atmosphere is a system, connected, and the Pacific Ocean is one giant heat source that is plugged to this system. Think of it like a big boiling pot.
Therefore when it (Pacific) changes wind direction, it influences circulation of hot air across the atmosphere.
So some countries may get nothing, some may get, depending on the intensity of El Niño. Which translates to either drought or extreme rainfall, depending on what the air pushes to your own region or area. — El Niño
Normally, the sun heats oceans, lakes and rivers, causing moisture to rise, form clouds and produce rainfall.
In this case with the abnormal Pacific Ocean, that moist warm air, stops going up easily as vapor in the east (Indonesia and Australia) and shifts to South America.
So, the normal rainfall or heat that’s supposed to happen in Indonesia & Australia, starts to happen in South America. Automatically the first people who’d experience the weather change is Indonesia and Australia.
Indonesia and Australia typically depend on these winds for their normal rainfall patterns.
When they weaken, they experience drought, extreme heat and wildfires, like the ones you hear about in Australia; while parts of South America may experience increased rainfall and flooding.
Essentially, El Niño disrupts normal weather patterns, making rainfall and temperatures harder to predict and extreme in affected regions.
This time, WMO and NOAA’s forecast suggest the atmospheric change could reach parts of Nigeria too, as it already experiences rainfall impacts associated with the current El Niño.
Until then, Nigeria could experience extreme heat, rainfall, flooding or drought, but there is no cause for alarm, and no official confirmation suggests that El Niño will trigger these events in Nigeria.
While El Niño can influence rainfall patterns, it cannot determine Nigeria’s weather alone, as the West African monsoon also plays a major role; This is the seasonal movement of moist air from the Atlantic Ocean into West Africa.
El Niño already started in September, and is developing. According to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), it is expected to peak around December 2026 and potentially persist into March 2027, as the strongest recorded Super El Niño recorded.
In 1877/78, a powerful El Niño caused over 50 million fatalities, estimated 3% of the world’s population.

*EKEDC IN DESPERATION*
___________
I installed an 18kW solar power system at my property in Lekki Phase 1, relegating EKEDC supply to a backup status. Since then, I have been having more frequent visits from personnel of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC), coming to check my prepaid meter.
On one of those visits, the EKEDC team stood watching the meter for motion to indicate consumption. When the meter wasn't moving, they called me to say they suspected I had bypassed the meter. I told them I had enough solar power for my daytime needs and only used their supply as a backup for the dark hours. To prove this to them, I switched on my inverter bypass for about 2 minutes so my consumption would be from EKEDC. They saw the meter rotating normally. They were visibly upset and one of them mumbled something like _"This ọ̀gá no wan gree us chop"_. They left.
Today (19-Oct-2026), three of them came to my premises with a notice of disconnection. The last time I loaded an EKEDC token was in July 2026 and I still had ample units left. When I asked why they would disconnect me, they said the reason was "LOR" (Loss of Revenue). They said my slow consumption indicates a faulty meter and I had to pay them ₦112,606 for loss of revenue.
I told them my meter was not faulty and that they could test it if they wanted. The lady said they were losing revenue and they had to make up for it.
I didn't know whether to laugh or to be angry. I have no intention of paying EKEDC a dime for its loss of revenue due to my taking steps to protect my interest.
But, I share this story for all who are investing in solar power to know that the DisCos are now desperate. They now have "Loss of Revenue" as a reason for your disconnection from their supply. It is simply that they are not making enough money from you.
I am waiting for EKEDC to disconnect me from their grid before I lodge a formal complaint to the regulatory authority.
We are in interesting times in Nigeria!
