Dear LAMB Holders,

LAMB276 was a project carried out by YoungHoon Kim together with many contributors, partners, and team members.

The $LAMB token sale was conducted, and as promised, $LAMB was listed on MEXC, a centralized exchange.

However, after the MEXC listing, a large amount of selling pressure came from $LAMB holders. As a result, MEXC made the decision to delist $LAMB.

During this process, the funds raised through the token sale were used for project-related expenses, including crypto project consulting fees, team labor costs, listing-related costs, and investment expenses that had been made before the LAMB276 token sale. YoungHoon Kim did not personally take any private profit from LAMB276.

Therefore, LAMB276 was operated as a legitimate project, but ultimately resulted in a business failure. In any business or crypto project, the risk of failure always exists. For this reason, YoungHoon Kim is not, in principle, obligated to compensate $LAMB holders for their losses.

However, because LAMB276 was a project carried under YoungHoon Kim’s name, he is making continued efforts to help $LAMB holders recover from their investment losses.

To support $LAMB holders, YoungHoon Kim has been issuing additional Pumpfun tokens and working to create new opportunities for value generation. Once one of these additional tokens reaches over $10M market cap, he plans to provide airdrop benefits to $LAMB holders.

In addition, YoungHoon Kim is planning to offer special high-APR benefits to $LAMB holders through his future DeFi platform.

Although there is no legal or fundamental obligation to compensate for the failure of the project, YoungHoon Kim remains committed to doing his best to create future benefits and recovery opportunities for $LAMB holders.
