@youfibre upgrade to You 2000 a router to be sent to me and a engineer visit to upgrade the OST yesterday. I asked why the engineer could not just set up the router and OST the same as a normal install was told its process. I think its a missed oppertunity for faster resolution.
@BritishGas Maybe communicate that on the website and on your chat teams when booking an smart meter change as to not waste anyones time. Not all customer have both services with one supplier thanks for the reply Charlotte
@BritishGas GAS smart meter install for today. by all accounts you need to have the electric meter done first or they have to do a "mad work around" ... no where is this is NOT mentioned on ANY of the communications or asked when booking. waste if time
