I disagree. I think John would be a solid REALISTIC option at the 4 for the pistons. Cade/herro/ausar/collins/duren is a better starting line up than a 60 win starting line up.

- Can get his own bucket
- Can shoot from 30+ feet with ease (even more spacing)
- Another lob threat for Cade
- Defensive versatility at 6'8 (I think his defense in general would improve on a team like the Pistons)
- 25 years old with 3 years - 29M/avg left
- 5.7 rebounds per game last season
- 3.8 assists per game last season

He is literally who I'm pushing the chips in for right now. Not all the chips, but the chips we've been holding onto

I don't see better players/value/age combo becoming available for this price

@badboysremix @yysburner I think he’s a legit piece to a championship contender. Trey unlocks Cade and Ausar with his elite 3 point shooting and cutting. Contract is great too. I think he can be our siakam type upgrade. Stew/ron/sass/2 firsts. He’s a smarter/efficient JG type scorer imo.

Cade does ALOT on the court. Herro would take a huge load off his shoulders on the offensive side of the ball. There’s not some enormous drop off defensively from drob vs herro
