Today I meet the family of Late DCI Omokaro in Benin City. We served in Imo State University during 1984/5 NYSC service year. It was my singular honour to enlist him into the then Nigeria Prison Service when I was the PA to the then Director of Immigration late Garba Abbas in 1990. Who says NYSC is not a unifier?
Yesterday I attended the funeral of Late Mrs Martina Ehikhametalor (Nee Oyakhilome). It was an opportunity to reunite with my good friend Gen (rtd) Cecil Esekhaigbe and meet Gen (rtd) Thompson Oliomogbe in Irrua, Edo State. We sincere appreciation to warm reception accorded me my the community.

Thanks for remembering one of the people who tremendously contributed to the development of the country, especially FCT. I was close to him in his last years and learned alot, especially on loyalty and leadership. God gave me the singular honour to return his remains from Germany for burial. May Allah grant him Jannatur Firdausi.

It is good to link our agricultural product with the Export Free Zone by ensuring value is added to all our agricultural products within the FZ before they are exported. We are presently losing heavily by exporting raw agricultural products to China without value addition. Pls target the small scale industries to operate within the zone.
