HOLY SHIT: Brett Kavanaugh just voted AGAINST the conservative majority decision to seriously hamper the Clean Water Act.

He said, "By narrowing the act's coverage of wetlands to only adjoining wetlands, the court's new test will leave some long-regulated adjacent wetlands no longer covered by the Clean Water Act, with significant repercussions for water quality and flood control throughout the United States."

Kavanaugh argued that, with SCOTUS deciding to change this law all on their own, the federal government loses the ability to keep HUGE areas of the US clean – including the levee system on the Mississippi River, and Chesapeake Bay.

BREAKING: The Washington Post drops bombshell on Donald Trump, reveals that a new analysis of Trump’s statements just found that Trump has become “more extreme” and less tethered to reality” since his deadly January 6 insurrection.

The report accuses Trump of “not only never acknowledging his defeat in the 2020 presidential election, but over time his false claims of rampant fraud have become more elaborate. The report ends with this chilling quote from New York University historian Ruth Ben-Ghiat, an expert on authoritarian movements:

January 6 was a profoundly radicalizing event for the base, for the GOP and for Trump himself, because even assaulting the Capitol you could get away with. His campaign events have to be seen as that of an extremist radicalizing people and emotionally reeducating people to hate people.”
