BREAKING — REVEALED: The REAL reason behind ICE’s run of deadly shootings — and it’s WORSE than ANYBODY thought.
ICE just quietly confessed something TRULY HORRIFYING: agents were killing people because the White House demanded 2,000 arrests a day, no matter the human cost.
After two men — neither of whom was even the target of the operations that killed them — were shot dead by ICE agents within days of each other, the agency has secretly ordered a nationwide freeze on traffic stops. Not publicly. Not with an apology. Just quiet internal guidance, leaked by ICE's own people who are horrified by what's happening.
A senior ICE official told PunchUp exactly why agents are killing innocent people: "There is a demand for 2,000 arrests a day. Leaders are being fired for bad numbers."
Exhausted, quota-driven agents were forcing dangerous confrontations just to hit Trump's numbers. "I would shut down ops until we got a handle on s--t," the insider said. "Not doing traffic stops. Not blocking the vehicles. If they run. They run. Find them later. Don't force a bad position."
That's an ICE insider — not an activist, not a critic — begging the agency to stop because his own colleagues were creating deadly confrontations.
The dead: Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, a 52-year-old Mexican homebuilder shot in Houston, whose passengers dispute ICE's claim he "weaponized his vehicle." And Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a 26-year-old Colombian man on his way to work in Biddeford, Maine — a man ICE admits wasn't even who they were looking for.
This is Trump's covert mass-arrest blitz in action — the one that swept up over 10,000 people in five days. Numbers over lives. Quotas over safety.
And when the bodies started piling up, even Republican Senator Susan Collins had seen enough, personally pushing DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin to halt "all non-urgent vehicle stops."
ICE's public response? A shrug: "We are always evaluating our procedures... We will not disclose or discuss law enforcement tactics."
Two innocent men are dead. ICE's own agents saw it coming and begged their bosses to stop. Trump's quota system killed them anyway.
The real question is: exactly who and how many will be prosecuted once America drives Trump and his goons from office? Because if this kind of behavior doesn’t deserve accountability, we don’t know what does.

Journalist Jim Acosta is reporting that Trump is going to have to apologize to a lot of people because after the reflecting pool has been drained there are no gashes and all you see is a shoddy paint job.
Wow! @sethmoulton just completely went off on the "MAGA Autocrats" for what ICE did in Maine:
"If you don't think this is fucked up, you don't know what it means to be an American. And every one of us should be angry right now in this moment and willing to stand up for our values. The values that have always made this country great. And anyone who's just letting these MAGA autocrats get away with this needs to fight or get out of the way. It's time for us to stop this. So if you're on your way to Maine right now, thank you. If you're standing up and fighting in your community, thank you. If you're doing everything you can to protect our values, thank you. But if you're someone who can do more, then we need to do more. We need to do more right now because lives are on the line. Lives are getting lost because what? He used his Prius as a weapon at two and a half miles an hour? That's just an excuse to shoot somebody. That's what's going on. These thugs wanted an excuse to shoot someone like they're patrolling the Warsaw ghetto in 1941. That's bullshit. And it needs to stop."
A 3-yr-old girl in Maine watched ICE fatally shoot her father (Joan Sebastian Guerrero) in the head while she sat in her car seat wearing Bluey pajamas.
Then she watched agents pull his lifeless body from the car to cuff him.
Is America great yet, you stupid MAGA motherfuckers?
WOW! James Talarico just packed the Plano Event Center in Collin County—blew the roof off Ken Paxton's own backyard—with 4,000+ people, standing room only, and lines wrapped around the building.
This is the county that launched Paxton's career, the same county where his securities fraud mugshot was taken 15 minutes up the road, and the same county Republicans called "unflippable."
And a Democrat just brought the house down in it.
Talarico looked at that crowd and said what we're all thinking: "They're afraid of this movement. They're afraid of this crowd in Plano, Texas."
Damn right they are.
Paxton's out here calling him "Talafreakco" like a middle school bully while Talarico's selling "I'm a Talafreako" shirts and outraising every Senate campaign in Texas history.
First quarter: $28 million, more than double Beto and Colin Allred combined.
Real men don't lie and cheat their way through life. They don't scam their own friends for a quick buck. They don't serve themselves—they serve others. Ken Paxton has escaped accountability for 4,000+ days. But accountability is coming November 3.
Democrats, pay attention. This is what it looks like when you run on corruption, not away from it. This is what it looks like when you fight in their backyard and win the crowd.
The suburbs are shifting. Collin County is shifting. Texas is shifting.
Retrumplican crook politicians don't own you. You own them.
LFG TEXAS!!!
Jack Smith on Trump’s behavior on January 6, 2021: “He was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s evidence for criminal intent in our case.” @Acyn (2025)
Could we love this guy any more? Aaron Parnas is now actively feuding with the United States Department of Justice and I’m here for it.
Aaron has brass balls. Dang right Aaron! We’ve all got your back!!! @AaronParnas
Trump is subpoenaing journalists for exposing his Qatari plane scandal— his Air Fraud One — a private jet he’s spent hundreds of millions of YOUR tax dollars on.
He is the most corrupt president in American history!
