Issuing permanent bans from the game for chat offenses, especially falsely accused ones, is the biggest scam I've ever heard of. Why not just permanently silence people? Why not just exclude them from competitive matches? How can they justify stealing peoples money?

@DimHouston The system is broken. Most people live in the urban centres but they only get like 10 seats dedicated to them. The rural areas dominate the province.
