@TfL …bus 237 @14.40pm went sailing past the stop and refused to pick us up even thought the top deck was half empty. Then he stopped at the lights after cathnor road bus stop to let passengers off.!! You want us to use public transport but the transport is cr*p. Not happy 😡

Just contacted @hillarysblinds because yet again the fitter has not turned up for his appointment and is not contactable. DO NOT use @hillarysblinds if you want a great customer experience. They have no process to resolve complaints. You are at the mercy of unreliable fitters
@hillarysblinds nice blinds but don’t work properly. 2/3 don’t roll all the way up. Called the fitter x4 to no avail. I need this sorted this week or the blinds are coming down and I will approach @Mastercard for a refund using #section75. Should have used @JohnLewisRetail 😡
@HalifaxBank Yes and they told me to call. I call and on the 3rd day of trying got through only to be fobbed off. I think the solution is to move my ISA to another institution since it’s clear @HalifaxBank don’t want by business by the look of things
@HalifaxBank I used mobile app. Revived nothing at all. Been on the phone for almost 30mins to resolved but being fobbed off to call back. I’m not happy at all
