One day Kenya will be better 🇰🇪💔

[Saufiyah Ali @saufiyvh]

work after Fajr. pray on time. do not go back to sleep. sit until the sun is up. read a page of Qur'an. barakah is real. do your morning adhkar. ask Allah for guidance. ask for protection from laziness and debt. be grateful for what you have. get sunlight on your skin. drink water. make your bed. don’t touch the phone yet. eat something small before you start working. or fast. write down what must get done today. start with the hardest task. study. write. build. read. finish what you start. eat a high protein breakfast. step away for dhuhr. build a life around the 5 prayers. take a dhikr walk. move your body. eat a high protein lunch. rest. take a nap for 20 min. keep your word. pay what you owe when it is owed. save from what you earn. give from what you earn. learn the fiqh of buying and selling. avoid riba. do not let a good morning turn into a wasted afternoon. a schedule that ignores salah is set up for failure. learn how money moves through the business. make something useful. make it easy to understand. do lots of istighfar. do not let one skipped day become a skipped week. own physical assets. own digital assets. buy land. support Muslim businesses. hire Muslims. train someone younger. create jobs. teach what you know. call your parents. help someone clear a debt. feed the poor. support widows. fund students of knowledge. build masajid. build schools. build homes. build what remains useful after you are gone. “Seek the bounty of Allah. And remember Allah often so you may be successful.” [Qur’an 62:10]

Ignorance is a BLISS
SHA outpatient is level 1 and level 2.
Hawa watoke hapo na outpatient cases.
Unless uko na referral letter from level 1 to 2 to 3 to 4o 5 to 6.
You can't take diarrhoea to KNH when it should be dealing with complicated cancer cases.

Uhuru would have had that Dangote refinery in Nyeri just like Kibaki established a fish processing plant in Nyeri to only process 4 fish a week because having it in kisumu , Homa Bay or Siaya would have empowered luos economically. Just same way he moved dry port to his family land in Naivasha.

For the last 6 years, I have cautioned against eating "processed maize flour", but you don't listen.

There is a "maize milling" industry in Kerugoya, Kirinyaga, a region that produces no maize for industrial milling, yet it supplies "maize flour" as far as Busia.

The liver cancer that will hit people will be an epidemic of monstrous proportions.

Already, stomach ulcers are ravaging you because of this corrosive cornstarch powder, but you don't listen.

Continue being conned.

After all, you have hefty medical insurance schemes that will pay huge medical bills.

Right?

Israel killed all Professors, Doctors, Engineers & all top students in Gaza … And they destroyed all Universities, Schools, Hospitals & even bakeries… It seems they have run out of targets & are now targeting any moving car or people taking coffee in a cafe!

Surely, the world can’t help Palestinians?
