PT 2. It's bigger than just policing sex. It's removing bodily autonomy for women and creating cheap labor for these companies. It's a 20 year business plan, and disgustingly enough, It's working.

PT. 1 - I would say it's bigger than this. It's about policing the underprivileged who cannot afford safe access. They are ensuring that poor women will continue to produce cheap labor for the conglomerate/billionaires that support them being in office.
