E-commerce platforms ironically name their service divisionsCare, Support, etc. While in truth they are nothing but a massive Pain. Poorly trained staff with zero accountability rarely can solve a problem. @MyntraSupport you are right on top of this list of massive incompetency.

Why are Indian banks so stingy about giving lockers? If I have an account with a bank for over 15 yrs, a home loan, they still make me jump through hoops like 25 FDs, some crazy Sip, branch transfers to consider application. Why @HDFCBank_Cares , why?
