We cancelled our Lufthansa flight due to a family death and provided all legal documents. @gotogate said they need @lufthansa’s approval to refund. Lufthansa told us to contact the agency and refused to help since we didn’t book direct. (1/2)

I wake up feeling more tired and achy than before I went to bed. I spent a lot of money on this mattress and expected it to be comfortable and supportive, but it's not meeting expectations. Now Beter Bed is refusing to comply with the 10-year warranty of the mattress.
