@jlm_sophie also adding if you do put her down for a nap/sleep it’s ok if she rolls on her side !!! it’s a reflex from the womb and as long as they do it themselves it’s safe.
i didn’t know that and i constantly looked it up but never got answers so i started cosleeping
@jlm_sophie just remember 2 hours is the max and as long as her chin isn’t touching her chest she will be ok ❤️
the steam in the bathroom will help her breathe as well.
also at night or during naps, fans help them breathe too along with pacifiers
@jlm_sophie feel free to DM me any time you have questions, feelings or concerns
the first 2 weeks and the first 3 months are the hardest mentally and physically but it DOES get better 💞
@jlm_sophie also idk if you cosleep but if you do make sure you research safe sleep and join support groups on facebook❤️
i’ve been cosleeping with my son for 6 months now. it’s hard at first but once they’re 4mo it gets so much easier❤️❤️
not me on the verge of tears because my vibrator app for my vibrator isn’t working and it ended up logging me out, i forgot the password and there’s no way to change it.
i’ve tried looking up the name of the vibrator but it’s just not popping up
