@NischalShetty So until the rebalancing is approved wazirx is a crypto mutual fund. Just make sure to distribute the remaining assets before the next crypto winter.
Just came across this post by Dheeraj Gupta on LinkedIn, and I couldn't resist sharing it here!

I really enjoy "Kaun Banega Crorepati," a show that blends intelligence and entertainment. It adds to my knowledge, and I feel very happy whenever my answers are correct.
In a recent episode, Neeraj Saxena was the fastest to answer in the "Fastest Finger" round and took the hot seat.

@NischalShetty you are single handedly killing the indian crypto ecosystem with a preplanned evil mind. First you shift your base to singapore to evade indian liabilities. Then create confusion about the ownership. Now after scamming, dragging the investors to singapore.
@cryptoady Either they dint have 1:1 collateral in the first place or the bulk of the stolen holdings were wazirx own which now they are trying to impose on the investors
@cryptoady @Suri_The_Indian They are not gonna publish the details of the stolen crypto balance sheet. I think a big portion of the stolen assets were wazirx's own holding which they are trying to socialise among the investors.
CBI inquiry is imperative to determine whether this #Wazirx incident was a hack or an insider job. If it turns out to be a hack, I may offer my support in the future. However, uncovering the truth is my priority. and I am committed to pursuing justice relentlessly, even if

@NischalShetty Don't you dare to convert my unaffected tokens in the name of socialising loss. I am not going to give you any permission in the eye wash poll. People think before participating in the poll which are in fact your consent to convert your 45% token. You have bear the tds and tax.
@TheWeb3CA Does anybody know how they are funding the collateral of the 45% usdt. If they have got the money 1:1 as collateral then why not return it to the customer in the first place. If not then how the 45% conversion is taking place. Out of thin air just like 3days trading.
@NischalShetty The hack was an insider job. Now the stolen 45% is their capital to invest in the bull market while the user is left to just lick their own fingers as the 45% of their so-called stolen fund is to be locked in usdt rather than the very same token.
Wazirx getting hacked is very unfortunate event for Crypto ecosystem in India & affected Exchange Owners aswell.
But more than its unfortunate for Users that are at the risk of losing their hard earned money & life savings.
Wazirx Team should at least answer these 3 basic question for their users who are completely left in the Dark.
1) Does Wazirx have insurance ? If yes with which company ?
2) Were you guys able to freeze/recover any funds at all till now ?
3) Incase exchange decides to sell equity or exchange to compensate for lost funds. Who is the Owner of Wazirx or who will be the incharge ?
@theionicXBT Market already bottomed or in the worst case scenario 10% more to go. There's no point risking the golden bull for that 10%. Risk is way greater than the reward.
