just came to know some electric kettles use PID control; yeah, that same control theory we use in robotics and industrial systems

PID is literally everywhere once you start noticing it:
• thermostats holding perfect temperature
• drones maintaining altitude
• EV motors regulating torque
• ovens keeping stable heat
• cruise control in cars
• camera gimbals balancing like ninjas
• even espresso machines dialing in the perfect shot

PID is the unsung hero of precision.
