Even worse is that I only took 2 trades and the first trade price took me out 15 pips from my SL, and the @fundingpips team didn’t acknowledge their error!

I urgently need this matter reviewed.
I purchased 2 × $200,000 accounts from your platform at a total cost of approximately $2,200. I successfully passed Phase 1 of the first $200,000 account just a day ago and was actively progressing on the second account when I was informed that my account passed the phase 2 has been breached.
I respectfully do not accept this decision without a clear and detailed explanation.
Your team claimed that a different account was logged into my device. To the best of my knowledge, this has never happened.
I have only ever logged into my own accounts using my personal phone the same device I have consistently used for trading all my prop firm accounts. I have not logged these accounts into any other device, nor have I allowed any third party access to them.
Likewise, I have never logged into another person’s account from my device.
This is why I am struggling to understand how my account could be breached based on an allegation that another account was accessed from my device when that simply did not occur.
If your position is that another account was somehow connected to my device, when this never happens so therefore my account bought that never breached any rule gets breached ?
I invested significant capital to purchase these accounts. One account has already passed Phase 1 through my own effort, discipline, and compliance with your rules.
Therefore, I find it extremely concerning that an account I legitimately purchased and successfully passed would be disabled based on an allegation that I do not believe is accurate.
I am also requesting that my Phase 2 account, which has been disabled, be reinstated while this matter is being investigated.
I take trading rules very seriously and have always made every effort to remain compliant. Anyone familiar with my trading journey knows that I am highly conscious of platform rules and requirements.
I am therefore asking FundedNext to thoroughly review this case, provide a detailed explanation, and rectify any error if one has occurred.
I will not simply accept this outcome without proper clarification because I firmly believe I have acted within the rules at all times.
I hope your team will treat this matter with urgency, fairness, and transparency.
