@MTGrepp NO! Rubio, nice guy. Does not have what it takes to be Secretary of State. He is, simply, not intellectually polished, for such a demanding undertaking. Rubio is no Mike Pompeo. Differences w/Pres. Trump cold have been worked out.Pompeo was best.
