@KonneeKon@EurovisionNewZ I don't think that's right. EBU said Shine A Light got 2 million in Russia so 3 million for a regular contest sounds about right https://t.co/oBsQhavok1
@KonneeKon@EurovisionNewZ It actually only used to draw about 3 million viewers in Russia before - certainly less than the combined viewers of the 5 boycotting countries
@EscDannyJ Delta would've actually made the top 200 if it still existed but it only goes down to 100 now. The "Top 200 Combined Tracks" chart that Music Week refers to it just missing is a different unpublished chart that doesn't have any rules like ACR or maximum songs per artist #geek
@LewisJ815@David16996@MattESCunited Not going to get into that debate but he answered the question on Russia in a truthful way. It's not likely to happen but he couldn't rule it out because it would be up to the members, not him.
@David16996@LewisJ815@MattESCunited Yeah it was really clear from his previous interview. He was just trying to answer a "gotcha" question. If Russia ever had a channel allowed back into EBU they could technically take part but it would be up to the rest of the members to let them in. It's not likely to happen
