Everybody in ecom talks about branding.
You don’t have a brand if you are still relying on new customers for scale.
Think about it, the average ecom bro got a list of at least 50K customers,
These are buyers, who most likely will buy more if they are satisfied with the product and you offer something better!
Great brands have customers who stayed loyal for 5 years + minimum
Think about your favorite shampoo, drink, supplements…
Don’t build your business on acquisitions only, rely on repeat customers!
He almost quit ecom.
7 months later, his brand hit $226k/day
Most EU guys think the US market is too hard. He did it anyway
French homie @worldexFrancois breaks down how he cracked the US, built a team from zero, and the CRO fix that tripled his CVR:

Script inspo: Competitor ads, Reviews mining, post purchase surveys.
Format inspo: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit.
Sounds simple, but few will understand it.
Took my own advice and declined an offer yesterday!
Great team, great brand! But we simply weren’t the right fit!
Because their hiring process was all over the place!
This is a real blueprint to hire great creative strategists:
- Get as much applications as you physically can!
- Pick the top 10~15
- Give them a paid trial $100 per script x 3 (Including minor research and visual direction for editors)
- Offer bonuses for top scripts ($600 - $400 - $200) incentive for good and fast execution.
- Judge the top 3 scripts based on, execution speed, research compatibility, hook power, retention score, copywriting skills, and awareness level/Market sophistication congruence (Use intuition based on your personal experience to score)
- Interview the top 3 candidates, see which one is the best cultural fit with the brand.
- Explain your brand vision, mission statement, goals and main creative bottlenecks
- Set clear expectations in terms of KPIs (Make sure KPIs are quantifiable + Possible) No person on earth will get you 4 winning ads per month every month (Keep in mind circumstances + Current positioning)
- For a fractional position offer the top candidate $4,000/m + 3% adspent bonus
- For a full time position offer $8,000+/m based in experience + 3% ~ 4% adspent bonus + Future opportunities as CMO, Partner…
- Now try applying this framework and let me hear you again complaining about not finding the right strategist. Dead silence, since you are scaling with the right team!
I once had an editor spending $500 a month on 11labs and $1000 on higgsfield.
Come to find out he we was cloning voice from refs instead of searching voices, and butchering clips on seedance 🥲
Needless to say! He is unemployed now.
Anyway! Thoughts on this ad?
My protege creative strategist made it!
ur ad account is not a slap shop.
it's a strategic array.
TOF unprofitable? fine. it loads MOF/BOF super profitable conversions.
TOF educates.
MOF/BOF close it.
this is why you must look at it as a system for conversions trough time.
not as a 1 stop shop where 1 TOF ad carrires the whole ad account.

I actually learned a different view regarding this.
B2B is easier to start and raise money for a B2C business.
B2C is easier to scale and make more money.
