@adobestock do you have any alive people at customer support? I've been transferred by @Adobe support to yours like 15 times by now and chat automatically disconnects after 1.5 hour wait. So, nobody could get to me in over 22 hours of waiting on the line? What a disgrace!!!
@DHLexpress is the worst. You pay 90 USD for an express shipping and voila! - you don't have neither money, no the package! On top of that they do not respond via phone/email/submitted tickets.

An express package was supposed to be delivered to me today from USA to Mexico however it is still on hold and we can not get to any human being to resolve this! The nearest DHL office is over an hour drive. WTH?
