@AmericanAir I have now got to stay overnight in Dallas and catch an early morning flight. The agent told me that my luggage will 'follow' me. Does this mean I will not have my luggage overnight?

@AmericanAir stood in a queue at gate in Austin. My flight to Dallas is very delayed. It is taking forever to deal people who have missed connection. There are four computers only two agents ( who are doing there best). Surely getting more agents here should be a priority?
