Was supposed to have a technician come fix my non-working doorbell cam yesterday. No show. No call. No email. Nothing. Sat for 5 hours on queue for customer service line to find out what was going on. So far another hour today. @apialarm fix my doorbell.

@thecauseproject @Bell @brianlilley @CTV Yesterday sat in queue for about 2 hours the first time and 3 hours the second time only to get sent to a voicemail. Today, sat on queue for 40 minutes and got sent to voicemail. I have been without a working doorbell for over a week. Technician didnt show up. Great service. 😒
