The Claude Duet launch is interesting because it's branded as a "proactive agent," which theoretically is relevant to both consumers and businesses

But the skills that it has (like access to the @stripe MCP to understand your business, issue refunds) and the demo videos show specifically business use cases

With @link, we tried having Duet find and source candy from a supplier (as if we were a one person candy company), and it worked!

Curious if small business owners are going to adopt this, so they don't have to deal with the manual tasks that they don't want to do

I would imagine tasks like these would be a no-brainer for an agent with browser use, payments with @link, email/phone
- Finding a supplier and emailing them for quotes
- Purchasing samples
- Designing packaging, marketing assets, and copy
- Replying to customer feedback and optimizing social media
