@nickpulmcrit @BKendallMD @emily_fri Most of the time I saw this when pts had a positional line and staff had tried to use the thumb loop to anchor for distal tension. It would make the waveform look good, but then no one would check it and well...it only takes 2 hours (max) for pressure wounds to develop 🤦♀️🤦♂️
