This is just the latest of many outrageous Israeli regime assaults on the United Nations. For years, the regime has blocked UN operations, attacked UN premises and convoys, looted UN property, smeared and slandered UN agencies, PNG’d UN officials, abducted, detained, and tortured UN staff, and murdered hundreds of UN personnel. And still the regime is allowed to walk freely through the corridors of UN headquarters with full rights and privileges. Would this be allowed from any other state on the planet? Israel must be removed from the UN now. If the U.S. vetoes the move, let the UNGA reject the regime’s credentials, as it did with apartheid South Africa. UN, off your knees. Expel, isolate, and hold accountable this violent, racist regime.

During our successfully conducted visit today to Dr. Husam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, who was arrested in December 2024 and remains incarcerated in Israel, a serious and alarming picture emerged.

Since his arrest, Dr. Abu Safiya has lost approximately 25 kilograms. He suffers from serious scabies and heart problems but is not receiving any medical treatment. It became clear during the visit that Dr. Abu Safiya has not been brought before a judge, investigated, or given any information about the reason for his arrest since March.

Israeli forces killed second-year medical student Shams Majdi Al-Kahlout in an airstrike on the Harzallah building in Gaza City’s Al-Rimal neighborhood. Her sister, Sarah, a final-year medical student, was critically wounded and had her leg amputated. The strike killed seven people and wounded 25 others — many of them children.
