@Joey_Farruggio we love The Mom Test and Deploy Empathy (both books) as resources for conducting learner interviews! It's user/product research. Don't overcomplicate it though. Email and ask them if they have 15 minutes to chat. Read the books. Keep asking for chats and iterate.
