@AmericanAir my aa credit was the only way I afford flights to my brothers military funeral. My TRIP credit is now a FLIGHT credit which is non-transferable so I can’t bring my spouse unless I pay out of pocket! I shouldn’t have to go to my brothers funeral without my spouse

@AmericanAir i am trying to use my aa credit to go to my brother’s military funeral and cant go because I already booked a trip using this credit and canceling and rebooking means my credit is non-transferable and I can’t use my remaining balance to cover my spouse’s airfare 🖕🏼

@Walmart how can a company not price match an item when the store shelf says one thing and YOUR APP says something is on clearance. What’s the point of using the Walmart app at the store? I paid 2x more than the app price for WATER because the water rang up at full price
