@WVValkeryie I have a friend who raises cattle for market. I asked him about some of the smaller ranchers popping up and wouldn’t this help the market. He scoffed at the thought. I asked why. He said he’s making the most money ever on his beef. Doesn’t want competition.
I am confused.

@EMBurlingame I was working with a guy finishing cattle. Very very small operation. He had a small amount of land but it worked out. Then he decided to quit. We both worked other jobs & he quit. I have some money but can’t compete for land. We’ve looked in 4 states & it’s all the same.
