Refer to these 2 images, i wrote the things I kept in mind in last few months & all u need to take care of to go from 4/5 digit rank in INICET to 2/3 digit/rank of your choice in NEETPG !Remember it is not over until it is over!90days count!

A 72 year old man in Guntur got a knee replacement in June 2025. Within a month, the artificial joint was infected by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacterium resistant to a wide range of antibiotics, including carbapenems.
Months of washouts, a spacer exchange, an arthroscopy and weeks of intravenous antibiotics followed. By Dec, his pain was 9/10. The infection kept returning. Doctors judged further surgery unsuitable given his age and condition.
The team then tried bacteriophages: viruses that infect specific bacteria.
For those interested in the science, this is where the work gets interesting....
Dr Sutharsan Govindarajan's phage lab at SRM University-AP tested the patient's own bacterial isolate against a panel of phages. 3 were selected and genome-sequenced.
In lab tests, each phage alone initially killed bacteria, but this strain subsequently regrew. The 3 phage cocktail suppressed that regrowth.
The cocktail was delivered into the infected knee through a drainage tube over 10 days. The antibiotic colistin was given alongside from day 2. Lab tests had shown that the combination worked better against this strain than either treatment alone.
- On day 6, colistin was stopped after kidney function worsened. The phage treatment continued.
- By day 10, tests of the joint fluid no longer detected the resistant bacterium. Pain had fallen from 9 to 2-3, and the man could walk independently again. His inflammation marker returned to normal a few days after treatment ended.
- At 6 months, he remained antibiotic-free with no recurrence reported. A joint-fluid culture in June 2026 showed no growth of the pathogen.
The clinical team was led by Dr Kalyan Chakravarthy Koganti at Samishta Hospital (SHRI), Guntur. The authors describe this as, to their knowledge, India's 1st reported successful phage treatment of a carbapenem-resistant prosthetic joint infection.
Bharat is rising. 🙏🙏

As much as I admire you guys, I think expecting this government to respond democratically or lawfully to dissent is naive. Umar Khalid has spent six years in prison without trial. Sonam Wangchuk was detained under the NSA. Bhima Koregaon activists have spent years in detention under UAPA. A sitting CM, Arvind Kejriwal, spent months in jail before being discharged in the excise policy case, with the court finding insufficient evidence against him.
Repeatedly walking into their machinery and expecting them to play fair cannot be the whole strategy. We need other innovative, non-violent forms of resistance that make it harder for the state to dictate terms.
The freedom struggle didn’t rely on one tactic. Gandhi broke the salt law. The Swadeshi movement made economic boycott a weapon. The Non-Cooperation Movement withdrew people from colonial institutions. The Quit India Movement built underground networks when its leaders were jailed.
India needs that kind of strategic imagination now. ✊

Hey @UroojAshfaq12 do you watch taskmaster??? You are almost a Brit comic now-Sam even sang your name in taskmaster too. Please push Alex for appearing in an at least New Year special no??? Even better if you become the assistant and Biswa the taskmaster for an Indian spinoff!!!
@Sandeep05832291@mxtaverse No. Just compare violence in CAA protests, farmer protests and neet pg protests. The state views Muslims as mischievous others, sikhs as ours who have lost their way. The amount of state violence unleashed is very different.
6 year incarceration is the message
@Sandeep05832291@mxtaverse If the court believes they had a role in riots, however ancillary, they should be put behind bars. The state doesn’t have anything and is more than willing to teach the muslim to bend the knee. If you can’t even conduct a trial after 6 years and prove guilt, police are useless
@Sandeep05832291@mxtaverse Come on dude. Let’s not act like we aren’t incarcerating our citizens. Okay, isko chod dhe. Let’s accept in good faith that these guys are big bad rioters. Take the case of others who received bail. Why should they wait 6 years to receive bail???
@abledoc@mxtaverse Yes. We will do MRI,see which areas are being activated when ppl do thought crimes like these and do lobotomy. Best way to neutralise weapons-lobotomy
@Sandeep05832291@mxtaverse Lawyers and ppl working in that sector are better equipped with inner workings. We will find answer some 50 years down the line when a babu writes a book from his pov
@Sandeep05832291@mxtaverse Few will say he really supported opps, etc etc. open to speculation. Sometimes these chaps would be made clear that bail wont happen here through unofficial lines of communication, jury shopping, sometimes they find a favourable response from a judge in a trial court.
@ne_windChime@kusi_nara@mxtaverse An adverse reaction of pertussis vaccine is incessant crying and brain damage. When have your symptoms started??? Please get checked. There is still hope.
@yuji_094@mxtaverse A complication of ppl applying cow dung to umbilical cord of babies,a traditional practice in India, is sepsis and it may even cause neurological damage. There is early incessant crying too. Brain damage will make you unable to understand and process information. Get checked
