A Kenyan freedom fighter who was the leading figures of the Mau Mau Revolution - an armed resistance against British occupation of Kenya

Labelled a terrorist by the British government, he was hunted down, arrested and later executed at Kamiti Maximum Prison in 1956

Buried in an unmarked grave, his relatives, his comrades and his people, to this day don't know where his body rests

Long forgotten by the administrations that came to rule the independent Kenya, but with Kenya's Generation Z increasingly digging up on their history. They have forced the current administration to acknowledge his role to the independence of Kenya

In 2006, a statue of this great son of the soil, was erected in Nairobi, as a celebration of his heroism towards the independence of Kenya

Gone but not forgotten. We should never forget the sacrifices of these men and women. As African youths, it's up to us, to fulfill their wishes of a free prosperous Africa

You should know how to estimate the date of delivery if she conceives,

This formula is known as Naegele's rule.

- Take the date of her last menstrual period (the first day she started menstruating in the previous menstrual period).

- Add 7 to the date.

- Add 9 or subtract 3 from the month.

Example:

If the Last Menstrual Period was 5th April 2025.

5/4/2025.

Add 7 to the date and add 9 to the month.

The Estimated Date is (12/13/2025) which becomes 12th January 2026

Another example:

27/10/2024

27 (+7)/ 10 (-3) / 2024

= 34/7/2025

Since 34 has passed the previous month, we move to the next month: 34 - 31 = 3.

= 3/8/ 2025

It is 2025. Don't be ignorant and foolish.

Previously, it was none of our business as men to bother about a woman's reproduction because women were honest and chaste.

On 25th June 2024, the parliament was impeached.
