For outgoing email, set up an alias in Gmail, using Apple's SMTP server and your custom domain.
For incoming email, set up forwarding from the iCloud email to your Gmail address.

@GergelyOrosz@wrd83 @zakktech My take on this is that developers are the last link in the chain before the customer. Infrastructure (from electricity to AWS instances) are taken for granted and don't mean anything to businesses, unless the last link is there which enables and iterates on the means of selling.
@kelseyhightower We're tuned to focus on 1 or 2 faces during a conversation. Having 5+ faces, constantly "looking at you" during a video call can be very draining on a subconscious level, especially for people who are more introverted by nature.
