@SouthernRailUK please someone explain why the 6.56 #Ashurst to LBG was formed of 6 carriages today and not 8. I and others have been standing the entire journey.
Given you scrapped the busy 7.26,why didn’t you foresee need for a longer train?
Please don’t run short trains again.

Please can you confirm if the AC is working on your 17.07 and 18.07 LBG to Uckfield trains today.
We almost had a medial emergency yesterday due to it not working and windows remaining shut, hence checking now in advance!

@SouthernRailUK My 16 yr old son is on the 16.07 LBG to Uckfield service and there is no AC and the windows are remaining closed.
He is very unwell. Why has the conductor not opened the windows?

@SouthernRailUK You just announced 16.07 LBG to Ashurst cancelled due to fire. I need to get home for school run so bought ticket to Tunbridge Wells for £20. will then get cab to Fordcombe for prob £15.
I now see its reinstated, so I wasted £35. What can I do about that?

@APCOAUK have told you repeatedly that the Ashurst Kent APCOA system is broken. Despite a receipted purchase of 5 day ticket and charge leaving account, I’ve been issued a ticket. Bought new 5 days ticket an hour ago and it shows it expires at 3.59 tomorrow. So 20 hrs. Not 5 days. Why?
