@twattering91 Woah!We never said they did! We know everyone likes everything made their own way, which is why we make to order. If you tell the team how you want your Bagel they will make it that way, we promise. And if you tell them youโre unhappy with what you have they will always remake๐
@twattering91 Hello! Our Falafel & Houmous bagel is one of our vegan options which is why we donโt use butter. It also gets a little messy to eat if there is too much Houmous... BUT we make every bagel to order so if you would like butter/extra Houmous just tell the team and they will do so ๐

@gingerpops@Spinningfields Yikes! Sorry to hear they didnโt re-toast. Weโll pass on this feedback and ensure theyโre more helpful next time! But FYI all our bagels are fully baked before they hit the toaster so nothing coming out will be raw (if thatโs what youโre worried about).
