Why was SHA pretending to be HMIS in a scam called the digital super highway?
This is not even rocket science,nowhere in the world does a healthcare financing pillar function as a parent holder of the HMIS system.
What happens is a sharp boy somewhere sold to his fancy “digital super highway” idea and they felt that this SHA thing is the best way to introduce it that’s why 100 billion was pumped here.
Now 4 years later they’re realizing you can’t mix the two hence this announcement which shouldn’t have happened in the first place and this only means billions again are going to be looted.
To put it into perspective this government was tying to make NHIF as it was to besides being your social health funding system to also be the one that processes healthcare data or in the American context Medicare and Medicaid to become such.
Less than a year into the end of his term,Ruto’s government is still playing pinki ponki with basics and fundamentals of healthcare. And this is why he must go and all the thieves should end up in Kamiti!!

During the Adani Deal President Ruto and his administration initially denied the existence of a deal with the Adani Group, calling the reports "fake news" and "propaganda."

Kasongo first denied the deal, then later accepted its existence, claiming that only a "mad man" would sell an asset as significant as JKIA.

This time around, he is saying he will keep the deal a secret.

Bwana this is not your side chick to keep a secret. This is information that has to be given to the Kenyan people with whom you transact using their names.

Remember, the Dangote Oil Refinery is a Ksh. 2 trillion deal. Yet, nobody has any details about it, but the groundbreaking has been done.
