Governor Healey didn't wake up to an energy emergency. She spent 11 years building one. In 2015 she said Massachusetts had no electric reliability issues through 2030 and didn't need more natural gas. She blocked pipelines. Gave us solar panels that get buried under snow, windmills that fall into the ocean, and Canadian hydro that Quebec kept for themselves during the historic blizzard back in February. We're four years from 2030. This is not a crisis that randomly happened to us. This is a crisis that she created for us.
