I’ve always believed that one of the greatest drivers of financial freedom is access to the right opportunities. For too long, many of the world’s best private market investments have been reserved for institutions and ultra-high-net-worth investors, leaving everyday investors on the sidelines because of outdated regulations.

That’s why I was so encouraged to see the rules evolve in 2025.
