@cenkuygur Israel was not consulted as part of the MOU and is constantly being attacked by the Vance/Tucker Carlson wing of the party. And they have made clear that Israel is already cut off. So why should they do Vance any favors to stand down when they were attacked first by Hezbollah?

@marklevinshow Mr. Vance keeps forgetting the rule that if you cut someone off then you lose the ability to influence them. One would have thought he learned that with Ukraine but no. Well in '28 when he runs he will learn that there are more than just Israel and Ukraine haters in the GOP.

@cenkuygur The GOP consists of more than loud mouthing isolationist Israel and Ukraine haters like Tucker Carlson, so no the numbers will not bounce back up for Trump and Vance. The majority of Republicans have never supported this stance, just the new ones who came over under Trump.

@stelzner_n1150 Iran won't get one penny, read and understand. They would have to stop enrichment and abandon their nuclear program which they won't do. The only funds they are going to receive are the newly frozen funds from the gulf countries, insufficient to repair damages from the war.

@DerrickEvans4WV Not a good deal a few things better than JCPOA. 1) War degraded a lot of Iran's military capability, missile launch, and nuclear capabilities (collapsed tunnels, etc). 2) No US cash given to Iran. Unfrozen assets are not in US. 3) Israel retains position in S Lebanon as buffer

@joekent16jan19 I understand your desire to play Mr. Isolationist and cut off Israel from all assistance, but then what would you do when Iran attacks Israel (perhaps with a nuke) as they have vowed to do? Would you still continue to do nothing? Is that the outcome that keeps the world safe?
